These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the European Soccer Pro Academy (“ESPA”),  European Soccer Pro Academy, Inc. website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement: Our 10-month, 6-month and 3-month residential programs are intended for individuals who are 16 years of age or older. Our residential Spring camps are intended for individuals who are between 13 and 20 years of age or older. Our Summer camps are intended for individuals who are between 7 and 20 years of age or older. Our elite tournaments are intended for individuals who are either 13 years of age for the Elite Cup or 9 years of age for the International Futsal Cup. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 9 years old. If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using our services.

User Responsibilities

2.1 Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our website and services.

2.2 Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when registering for our academy or using our services. You must promptly inform us of any changes to your information.

2.3 Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any activities that may:

(a) Violate any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of ESPA or any third party; (b) Cause harm, disruption, or damage to our website, services, or network; (c) Invade the privacy of others or collect personal information without consent; (d) Promote illegal activities or violate any laws or regulations; (e) Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with ESPA.
